Efficient check-in and helpful staff.

My experience was quite disappointing. Despite my room being clean, it was extremely noisy because it was located near the reception area. I had a difficult time sleeping due to the constant clattering and conversations coming from that part of the hotel. when I requested to switch rooms, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked, leaving me no choice but to endure the noise throughout my stay.

I stayed here for three nights to explore the Royal Palace of Milan and the Duomo. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh fruits and pastries that set a lovely start to each day. The hotel is conveniently located with public transport options nearby, which made getting around easy. Our room, although smaller, was clean and had all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful couple of nights at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond. especially the breakfast team who remembered my drink choice each morning. The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the hotel has a surprisingly nice park right across the street—perfect for a morning jog. The breakfast selection was good, but I would have appreciated a few more vegan options.

Oh, the udon was an absolute delight! The nearby Osteria da Francesca, just 0.1 km away, had this heavenly pasta dish that I keep dreaming about. Plus, the communal balcony was a sweet surprise—a perfect spot to sip coffee and chat with fellow travelers!

Now, room #114 was a bit loud since it’s right near the reception and street. I asked to switch rooms, but the hotel was fully booked!

Had a great time with friends! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was delightful, especially the fresh juices. We explored the area, visiting QC Termemilano and enjoyed one of the hotel's organized tours to the lakes. It's conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore local restaurants.

Breakfast offered a good variety, featuring homemade bread and friendly service that made mornings pleasant. The location, while a 20-minute metro ride from the city center, was accessible, with a metro station just 200 meters away. Parking options were a bit of a hassle, requiring a short walk and costing around 20 euros per day, which added to the inconvenience.
